Dion McKenzie

Dion is Co-founder and Chairman of Colorintech, a nonprofit & strategy firm that works with technology companies to create more equitable and inclusive cultures. Colorintech has partnered with Alphabet, Facebook, Box and Microsoft’s venture capital arm M12 among others. A former Silicon Valley tech executive, Dion now advises firms on embedding inclusive design into their products, people and purpose.
